This training will help you work with families to Understand Codependency with Tough Love. This comprehensive course equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to facilitate 12-step Free N One meetings designed to support family members and loved ones dealing with codependency. Utilizing an evidence-based model and the 12-step program, participants will explore core principles of the Free N One approach while learning to foster an environment of trust, empathy, and encouragement. Facilitators will gain: an understanding of codependency and its impact on relationships, Practical techniques, and productive group discussions. Strategies to create inclusive and supportive spaces, whether in person or online. Tools to empower participants in their journey toward personal growth and healing. By the end of the course, participants will have a formal Certificate of Completion and have the resources needed to effectively facilitate Free N One meetings with a standard format.
